This policy explains what Vestoris, a product of JP Industries, collects, why, and for how long.
Visitors to the website
The marketing pages use no analytics trackers and no third-party scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security, for a limited time.
Contact and demo requests
When you write to us we keep your name, email, firm, role and message to reply and to follow up on your request. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
The interactive demo
Each demo sandbox is identified by a random cookie; we store only a hash of it. We keep a keyed hash of your network address to limit how many sandboxes and AI calls one network can use. The sandbox and everything in it are deleted after 24 hours without use. Do not enter personal data into the demo.
Firm users
For each user we keep the name, email, role, permissions, a password hash (or a link to their Google sign-in), and a record of their actions in the firm's event log, which is the audit trail the firm relies on.
Firm data and AI
Portfolio, order and compliance data belong to the firm. When an AI feature is used, only the data that feature needs, from accounts the user may see, is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) through its API. Every AI call is recorded, encrypted, with its inputs and outputs, for the firm's chosen retention period, as part of the firm's records. A firm can switch AI features off.
Cookies
We use a session cookie for signing in, a demo cookie for your sandbox, and your browser's local storage to remember light or dark mode. No advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Firm data is kept while the firm's account is active and deleted when the firm's account is closed, except where the firm must keep records. AI interaction records follow the firm's retention setting (seven years by default).
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Firm users should contact their Admin first. Write to support@vestoris.com.
