Workflow rules
Workflow rules has the same command bar as the other screens (it replaces the "Describe a rule" box).
What you can ask
- Draft a rule: "Orders over $2M in the Growth accounts need Operations approval within 20 minutes". The AI (or the built-in parser) proposes the structure; the preview shows the restatement written by code, before anything is saved. Confirm to save it as a draft and replay it on the test bench.
- Run the test bench: "Run the test bench on my draft for 14 days".
- Submit for sign-off: "Submit the draft "Large Growth orders" for sign-off".
- Open a rule: "Open the rule about overrides".
What it never does
Sign off. Signing off is a separate, explicit act on the rule's page: an Admin always signs, and Compliance too when the change weakens an approval or the Admin who signs asked for it. Nothing is active until then.
Everything is in the event log and the AI log. If the AI is off, the built-in parser understands common phrasings, and the form still builds any rule.
