The intent pipeline

Type a request in plain English, such as Rebalance growth accounts or Trim Technology 3% without realizing gains over $25k.

1. Interpret: the request becomes a structured intent (which accounts, which changes). Check it before going on.
2. Entitlements: the matching accounts among those you can see, each checked for *propose*.
3. Proposal: the optimizer proposes trades for each account, with an explanation.
4. Compliance pre-check: every trade against every active rule; trades above the approval thresholds are marked.
5. Orders: only when you click Create orders. Trades in the same security and direction become one block order across accounts.

Nothing is executed by the pipeline. Execution is a separate step on each order, by a user with *trade*.
