The AI interaction log
Every AI call, kept for the firm's retention period.

Each row: when, purpose (copilot, rule drafting, explanations, briefs…), model, whether a fallback answered, latency, input and output tokens, the user, and the API client when it came through the API (client_id, or pat:<id> for a personal token). Open one to read the full input and output; they are encrypted at rest with a SHA-256 fingerprint of each.

The retention period is a firm setting (seven years by default; Firm settings). Over the API, GET /ai-log lists the metadata; inputs and outputs are only on this page.

  • How the AI is used, and its guardrails The AI connects, accelerates and explains; deterministic rules decide. What it does, what it never does, and how every call is recorded.
  • Navigator, the AI assistant Ask questions in plain language; Navigator answers only from what you may see, and can only suggest a request for the Intent Pipeline or a command.
  • The event log Every action from every component, append-only and hash-chained; filter it, open a row, and verify the chain.
  • Firm settings The thresholds that decide when a person must approve, AI use and retention, surveillance parameters and rule sign-off.
