Role suggestions
Each user's role, a suggested role, unused permissions and why.

For each user: their role, a suggested role when a smaller one would cover what they did (for example a Trader who traded nothing in 90 days: Viewer), the unused permissions (account by account), and why. Suggestions only: change roles and permissions on Users and permissions, or apply them through an access review.

  • Users and permissions Invite users, set each one's role, account permissions and privileges, disable users and reset authenticators.
  • Access reviews A periodic review of every user, role and grant and how each was used in 90 days; the AI drafts it, an Admin applies the chosen changes and signs off.
  • Roles and permissions Six roles, per-account permissions (view, propose, trade, approve) and per-user privileges decide what each person can see and do.
