Waiting on me, items I requested, items I'm watching, and notifications.
  • Waiting on me: items assigned to you, in your desk's queue, or where your approval counts (four eyes: never items you requested).
  • Items I requested: your orders, overrides and rules still in flight, with where they are.
  • Items I'm watching: press Watch this item on any item to follow it here.
  • Notifications: SLA escalations and rule notifications ("New SLA escalation: Order #5433 has been in Trader assignment for 21 minutes").

The My work tab of the workflow menu shows how many items wait on you. Approve on each item's own screen.

  • The workflow monitor Everything in flight that waits on a person, with its stage, owner, age, SLA, what blocks it and the next action; claim, reassign, escalate and comment.
  • Bottlenecks Where items wait: per-stage counts, average and 90th-percentile times, SLA breaches, the busiest approvers and rule ideas.
  • Orders and the order list The life cycle of a (simulated) order, from proposed to filled, and the order list and order page where you act on it.
  • The compliance dashboard Unresolved violations by severity, kind and age; what waits for your sign-off; and the daily compliance brief.
